I'm Sara Angulo.​
I am a user and lover of essential oils. I am passionate about creating a safe home that is physically, mentally and spiritually healthy for my family and helping other families do the same. My passion is to educate about oils and to teach people how to use them to promote healthy, sustainable and natural solutions for everyday life.

Even as a child, I've always pursued natural health. Growing up as a gymnast, I had lots of sore muscles, broken bones, stretched or torn ligaments, and more. But all of my injuries led to lots of doctors, medicine, and even surgery. I am a tough (and stubborn) girl and refused medicine of any kind as often as I could bear it because there was always this inside voice telling me there has to be something better.

As I got older, I learned quickly that I have a terribly weak immune system. I was very busy with full time college, more than full time work, keeping up a social life, and trying to thrive through it all. That rarely happened because it seemed about every few weeks my body would shut down as best it could while I kept barreling through life.

This is why when I found essential oils, I knew it was just what I had been looking for. Natural that, rather than masking my symptoms, actually helped my body heal and be better.
After 3 years of incorporating essential oils into my daily life, I'm as healthy as I've ever been! I feel empowered when something comes up and I actually have a natural tool, one I was craving years ago, to turn to and know that I'm giving my body the best.

Want to know the best part? My favorite thing in the world is helping others find their empowerment. Using essential oils has given me so much: confidence, freedom financially, and most of all the best version of me. I don't want to keep that to myself.
